Skagit DEM is seeking 2 volunteers to serve as scribes for the 2025 flood after-action review (AAR) focused on our flood partners.
Scribes will be responsible for:
- Taking detailed notes
- Capturing key themes, strengths, and gaps that are shared by the participants
- Clear handwriting
